A euphemism for inviting someone over to ostensibly watch Netflix, but primarily to hook up or have casual sex.
Examples
"After our date, he texted, “Want to Netflix and chill?” and I knew he wasn’t really talking about the movie."
"She told her roommate she was going to “Netflix and chill” with her ex, basically code for a casual hookup."
"He invited me over to Netflix and chill, but we barely made it past the opening credits."
