Definition

To go all-out—proceed enthusiastically and at full speed or effort; also used as an exhortation to do so.

Examples

"We were behind schedule on the deck build, so we decided to give'er and finished before sundown."

"With one lap left in the 10K, I figured I’d give'er and try for a personal best."

"The coach yelled, “Give'er!” as we rushed the puck up the ice."
